Reanna Osburn
Administrative Assistant
Reanna Osburn was born and raised in Dublin, Georgia, and is proud to call this community home. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has a heart for serving others both inside and outside the church.
Reanna began attending Christ Chapel in 2022 and became a member in 2023. She is passionate about the local church and loves serving wherever needed, helping people connect, grow in their faith, and feel at home within the church family.
Reanna is married to fellow Dublin native Blake Osburn. Together they have two daughters, Lennon and Hattie James, who bring great joy to their lives.
When she is not serving at the church, Reanna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, raising farm animals, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Her desire is to serve the Lord faithfully and help others experience the love and community found in Christ.
Dusty Martin
Worship Leader
Dusty Martin is a devoted husband and father who loves his family and is continually learning what it means to live fully in his identity in Jesus Christ. His passion for worship and music has led him to serve the local church by helping others connect with God in authentic and meaningful ways.
As a worship leader and songwriter, Dusty believes music is a powerful tool for drawing people into the presence of God and encouraging them in their faith journey. He is passionate about creating environments where people can encounter Jesus through worship and experience the transforming power of God's love.
Serving the local church is a central part of Dusty's life. He enjoys building relationships, fostering community, and partnering with others to accomplish what God is doing through His people. Whether leading worship, writing songs, or serving behind the scenes, Dusty is grateful for every opportunity to use his gifts for God's glory.
Above all, Dusty is thankful for his faith, his family, and the privilege of serving wherever God calls him.
Gregg Soles
Lead Pastor
Gregg is a life long resident of the Dublin, Lauren's County, Ga. area and has been the lead pastor at Christ Chapel Dublin since 2007.
Gregg is a lifelong resident of the Dublin, Lauren's County, Ga. area and has been the lead pastor at Christ Chapel Dublin since its inception in 2007.
Gregg was ordained as a minister in 1997. He was a career COA at Dublin Eye Associates where he was employed for 31 years. During that time he served in medical missions to Honduras, Haiti and Jamaica.
When Christ Chapel Dublin was birthed in 2007 he was afforded grace from his Jesus loving employers to follow his God given call bi-vocationally. He guided CCD through its 8-year mobile phase and acquisition of their first facility in 2015, and transitioned to full time ministry in 2017.
Gregg is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Becky. They have four daughters, Meagan, Meredith (Mitchell Clegg), Matison (Jahmal Blash), and Mindy (Jason Dollar), granddaughter, Molly Kate and three grandsons, Jenson, Kree and Kai.
Gregg enjoys the outdoors and exercising, loves history and music, as well as sports- specifically the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
He adores his family and keeps God, family, and ministry priorities in his life.
Mindy Dollar
Church Administrator
Mindy Dollar is a life-long native of Laurens County. Mindy is a graduate of East Central Technical College where she received her certification in Business and Accounting. Mindy began her career in church ministry in 2007 as a financial & publications director at a local church in Dublin. Also, in 2007 she began volunteering at Christ Chapel in various areas of ministry. In 2012 Mindy officially came on staff at Christ Chapel Dublin as the Church Administrator. She has a heart for ministry and continues volunteering her time in many areas of the church. She and her husband Jason were married in 2004. They have two kids a daughter Molly Kate, born in 2012 and a son Jenson born in 2017. Mindy enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
Adrian Noble
Children's Pastor
Pastor Adrian Noble is married to Layla Noble and is a father to three wonderful girls, Emma, Taylor, and Leah.
He is an enthusiastic and compassionate children's pastor dedicated to guiding and nurturing young hearts and minds. He is passionate about creating engaging and impactful experiences for kids.
Pastor Adrian designs and leads interactive lessons, exciting activities, and memorable events that instill important values and deepen their understanding of faith. They have a remarkable ability to connect with children on their level, making each child feel seen, heard, and valued.
Known for their warm and approachable nature, Adrian and his wife, Layla foster a safe and inclusive environment where kids can thrive and develop a strong foundation for their spiritual journey. They are committed to building strong relationships with families and collaborating with them to support the spiritual growth of their children.
When not immersed in ministry, Adrian enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. They are excited to continue making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families, and are passionate about helping them discover their unique purpose and potential.

Mitchell Clegg
Youth Pastor
Mitchell Clegg has called Dublin home since 2022 and is married to Meredith Clegg, a lifelong Dublin native. Together, they are passionate about investing in the next generation and helping young people grow in their faith.
Mitchell serves as a manager and coach at CrossFit DGA, where he has the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with teenagers through sports performance, mentorship, and encouragement. He values the unique opportunity to influence students both physically and spiritually, helping them develop confidence, character, and purpose.
At Christ Chapel, Mitchell is passionate about helping teenagers establish a strong spiritual foundation rooted in God's Word. His desire is to equip students to apply biblical principles to their everyday lives so they can confidently be the light of Christ in their schools, homes, and communities.
Mitchell's heart is to see students grow into lifelong followers of Jesus who impact the world around them for God's glory.
